Lead Generation
Nineteen workflows that take a market and turn it into meetings. The list gets built, verified and sequenced, and the replies sorted before anyone on your team opens the inbox.

Pipeline is not a mystery. It is a list, verified, sequenced and followed up, every single week, without exception. That last part is where it always falls over.
how it runs
the workflows
- 01
ICP list building
Who actually buys, written as filters a machine can apply, then built into a list from sources that are refreshed rather than bought once.
- 02
Enrichment and verification
Every address verified before it is ever mailed. Unverifiable contacts are dropped rather than sent to and hoped for.
- 03
Multi-channel sequences
Email and LinkedIn run as one sequence against one contact, so the follow-up knows what the other channel already did.
- 04
Reply classification
Interested, not now, wrong person and unsubscribe sorted on arrival, with the wrong-person replies used to find the right one.
- 05
WhatsApp follow-up
Where the market actually replies on it, and only to contacts who have already engaged on another channel.
how it holds up
01
Filters, not a persona document
An ICP that reads well and cannot be applied by a machine is the reason most lists are wrong. We write it as criteria or we do not start.
02
Domains are warmed first
Two to three weeks of provisioning and warming before a single real send. Skipping this is the single most common reason outbound dies.
03
Measured on replies, not opens
Small volumes first, tuned on the only signal that survived privacy changes. We scale a sequence after it works, not to find out whether it does.
04
Replies reach a person in minutes
Classified and routed with the thread's context attached. The cost of a slow reply is higher than the cost of a smaller list.
what it will not do
Nothing sends for the first two to three weeks. Warming is not a delay we can compress, and any provider who says otherwise is burning your domain.
The 21 days is to the first reply, not to a closed deal. What happens after the reply is your sales process and we do not automate it.
It will not scrape what it must not. Verified, lawful sources only, with suppression and opt-out honoured at the list level, which means a smaller list than an unscrupulous vendor would sell you.
If your offer does not land, more volume makes it worse and faster. We would rather fix the offer first, which is a different engagement.
you supply
- Domains we can provision and warm
- A defined offer and a person to take replies
- CRM access for routing
running cost
Inbox, enrichment and verification costs on your own accounts, scaling with list size rather than with headcount.
Billed by your own providers, not by us. There is no platform fee and no seat count.
