Creator Workflows

Seventeen workflows that sit between you and the calendar. You do the only part you can do, which is the talking. The rest gets cut, captioned, scheduled and reported without you opening a timeline.

assets per record

You are not short of ideas. You are short of the four hours after the recording. The cutting, the captioning, the scheduling and the reporting are the reason last week never went out at all.

the workflows

  1. 01

    Repurposing engine

One long recording cut into clips, pulled quotes, a written post and a thumbnail set, chosen on what was actually said rather than on fixed timestamps.

  2. 02

    Cross-posting

The same asset reformatted per platform, with the aspect ratio, caption length and hashtag rules each one actually rewards.

  3. 03

    Newsletter assembly

The week's output drafted into an issue in your own voice, with the links and the images already placed.

  4. 04

    DM and comment triage

Sorted into buy signals, questions and noise. The first two reach you, the third does not.

  5. 05

    Weekly digest

What went out, what landed and what is queued, in one message, so the reporting is not a thing you also have to do.

how it holds up

  • 01

It learns your voice, not a house style

We read a year of your best posts before writing anything. The model is fitted to how you already write rather than to a generic tone setting.

  • 02

    Your logins, your accounts

Recorder, drive, scheduler and inbox are connected under your own credentials. Nothing is held in an account you would have to get back.

  • 03

Everything lands in a review queue

You approve for the first month, not forever. Nothing posts unseen while you are still deciding whether it sounds like you.

  • 04

It loosens where you stop editing

The formats you never change start going out on their own. The ones you always rewrite keep asking. That split is measured, not guessed.

what it will not do

  • It cannot make you record. The one step that is genuinely yours stays yours, and a week with no recording is a week with no output.

  • The 17 assets is the ceiling from a long, well-structured recording. A short or rambling one yields far fewer, and padding it out is how accounts start sounding automated.

  • It will not chase trends. Formats that depend on reacting within hours to something happening now are a bad fit for a queue you approve.

  • Comment replies stay yours. Auto-replies read as auto-replies and cost more credibility than the time they save.

you supply

  • A year of your existing posts to learn from
  • Recorder, drive and scheduler we can connect
  • An hour a week in the review queue for the first month

running cost

Transcription and model costs on your own accounts, which scale with how much footage you put in rather than with how much goes out.

Billed by your own providers, not by us. There is no platform fee and no seat count.
