Somewhere in your company a person is copying a number from one screen into another. They have done it four hundred times. It is not in their job description and nobody has ever thanked them for it.
how it runs
the workflows
- 01
Quote and contract generation
A form or a CRM stage becomes a finished document with the right terms, the right numbers and the right signatory, sent for signature without a copy-paste step.
- 02
Invoice reconciliation
Bank lines matched against invoices, with the ones that do not match surfaced as a short list rather than buried in a statement.
- 03
Approval flows
Requests routed by amount and category to whoever actually has to say yes, with a reminder that escalates instead of expiring.
- 04
Cross-app sync
One record changing in one system updates the others, in one direction, with a defined winner when two of them disagree.
- 05
KPI digests
The weekly numbers assembled and sent before the meeting rather than during it, from the source rather than from a spreadsheet someone maintains.
how it holds up
01
Trace one real request
We follow a single live request end to end and count every hand it passes through. The count is usually the argument on its own.
02
Shadow before cut over
The workflow runs alongside the manual process for a week. You compare two sets of outputs rather than trusting one.
03
Judgement stays with a person
Manual becomes the exception path, not the missing path. The steps that need a decision keep a human on them by design.
04
Failures alert a person
Not a log file nobody opens. A break gets a human's attention the same day, and every intervention is reviewed monthly.
what it will not do
It will not fix a process nobody agrees on. If two departments run the same task differently on purpose, that has to be settled by people before it can be automated.
The 31 hours is what we have returned where the work was genuinely repetitive. A business whose admin is mostly judgement will see far less, and we will say so during the trace.
Systems without an API cost more and break more. Where we have to drive a UI, we will tell you that up front rather than discovering it in week three.
It moves the work, it does not delete the responsibility. Someone still owns the outcome and still reviews what the workflow did.
you supply
- Admin access to the systems being connected
- One person who can decide the rules
- A week where the shadow run can sit alongside the manual one
running cost
Platform and API costs on your own accounts. Most operations workflows are cheap to run because the expensive part was the person, not the compute.
Billed by your own providers, not by us. There is no platform fee and no seat count.
